UI GreenMetric World University Rankings - 2025 Results

The results of the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025 have been officially announced. This year, the global ranking included 1,745 universities from 105 countries worldwide.

Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University ranked 687th globally. In addition, among 30 Kazakhstani universities represented in the ranking, the university placed 6th nationwide.

Compared to last year’s results, the university has demonstrated positive progress in its global standing, further strengthening its position among higher education institutions in Kazakhstan.

This achievement reflects the outcomes of comprehensive and systematic efforts aimed at promoting sustainable development, enhancing environmental infrastructure, improving energy efficiency, advancing waste management, ensuring the rational use of water resources, as well as developing education and research activities focused on sustainability.
