Education, academic degree and title: In 1983 he entered the Faculty of History and Philology of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute, in 1990 he graduated from this institute with a degree in history, social studies and Soviet law. In 2003 he defended his dissertation on the topic: "Socio-political activity of Karatai Nuralyuly (1771-1826)". Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission (Protocol No. 4. 07.12.2011). In 2010 he defended his doctoral dissertation "The history of archival construction in Kazakhstan (1918-1991).)".
Scientific interests: repression and the history of the region in archival data
Scientific grants for basic research programs: 1. Professional activity: Professional work experience is 33 years. In 1990, he was a teacher of history and geography at the Makhambet boarding school in the Makhambet district of Atyrau region. 1991-2001 worked as a teacher and head teacher of Aktogay secondary school of Makhambet district and Isatay district. 2001-2003 Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Social and Educational Work. 2003-2004 Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dean of the Faculty of History and Philology. 2004-2006 Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management. 2006-2011 Dean of the Faculty of Law. 2011-2014 Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Educational Work. 2014-2015 Senior researcher at the Z.
