Education, academic degree and title: In 1985 he graduated from Atyrau University named after H.Dosmukhamedov (former Guryev Pedagogical Institute) majoring in "History with an additional specialty of Soviet law". In 2017 he graduated from Atyrau University named after H.Dosmukhamedov majored in "Physical Culture and Sports" and received a Bachelor of Education degree. In 2000 he defended the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences.
Scientific interests: 1) The history of oil transportation in Kazakhstan. 2) History of physical culture and sports of Kazakhstan. 3) History of sports development in Atyrau region. 4) History of Taekwondo restoration and development in Kazakhstan

Professional activity: Professional experience of 38 years, of these, 32 years have been working at a research institute and at a university. 1986-1994, 2001-2007 and from 2009 to the present day teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor and the head of the department Atyrau University named after H.Dosmukhamedov. 1996-2001 Researcher at the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch. Valikhanov.
