Education, academic degree and title: In 1971 he graduated from the Historical Faculty of the Guryev State Pedagogical Institute. Specialty "history teacher". On October 29, 2000, at the Scientific Council of the I.Altynsarin National Academy, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences on the topic "Development of education in Western Kazakhstan in the II half of the XIX century, in the I half of the XX century".

Professional activity: From 1971 to 1977 he worked as a history teacher, head of academic work at schools No. 19, No. 6 in Guryev. In 1977-2000, he worked as the head of the cabinet of the Guryev Regional Institute for Teacher Improvement, school inspector of the regional Department of Education, school director, director of the regional Institute for Teacher Improvement. In 1985 he was awarded the badge "The best worker of Public Education of the Kazakh SSR" for his services in this field. 2002-2008 he worked as a head, associate professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan. For scientific and pedagogical achievements in 2006 he was awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan", in 2013 the Gold Medal named after him.Akhmet Baitursynov, in 2015 with the Badge "For merits in Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan". In the period from 2002 to 2008, much attention was paid to the work aimed at improving the academic performance and quality of education of students of the specialties "history", "history-geography", improving the methodological skills of the teaching staff. In 2002, in connection with the 200th anniversary of M. Utemisov, from 2003 to 2015, he actively participated in several republican scientific and practical conferences held at the university. From 2006 to 2014 under the leadership of Sh . Nagimuly students of the specialty "History" participated in republican Olympiads 4 times, took 2-3 prizes.
