KPI Results for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

We are pleased to announce the results of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the 2024–2025 academic year at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

The KPI project is implemented annually to enhance the educational, research, and socio-educational activities of faculty members, increase professional engagement, provide motivation, and assess the dynamics of performance outcomes.

This year, the university-wide KPI program involved 201 faculty members, 3 deans, and 14 heads of departments.

Among the deans, the highest result was achieved by Meruyert Kusainovna Amangaziyeva, Dean of the Faculty of Multilingual Education.

Among the heads of departments, the best performance was demonstrated by Kalamkas Bagitovna Bagitova, Head of the Department of Informatics.

Participation in the KPI program continues to grow each year. In accordance with the KPI Regulations, colleagues who achieved high results received financial incentives.
