Tribute to a Heroic Spirit: Quiz Competition Marking the 115th Anniversary of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly

As part of the educational and military-patriotic activities plan of the Military Department at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, a Quiz competition dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the Hero of the Soviet Union Bauyrzhan Momyshuly was organized.

The event was held at a high level in the university’s assembly hall in cooperation with the Department of Youth Policy. A total of 11 teams took part in the intellectual competition, including five teams from the Military Department and six teams representing the university’s faculties. Each team consisted of five students. Participants answered questions related to the life, heroism, and literary legacy of B. Momyshuly, as well as tasks covering history, literature, geography, and national traditions, demonstrating their knowledge and quick thinking.

Following the results of the Quiz, the winners were announced:

• 1st place - Team of the Faculty of Humanities Education

• 2nd place - “Qyran” team of the Military Department

• 3rd place - “Momyshuly Detachment” team of the Military Department

At the end of the event, certificates of appreciation and prizes were awarded to the winners and the most active teams, and participants took commemorative photos. Overall, this meaningful and engaging event dedicated to honoring the heroic legacy of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly contributed to strengthening students’ patriotic spirit and expanding their intellectual horizons.
