“Public Administrative Decisions and the Responsibility of Leaders”

A guest lecture on “Public Administrative Decisions and the Responsibility of Leaders” was held for 4th-year students of the 6В04103 - Economics and Public Administration program at the Faculty of Economics and Law, organized by the Department of Management.

The lecture was delivered by Marta Nasipovna Nurgaliyeva, Head of the Personnel Management Service of the Atyrau City Administration.

During the session, the structure and operating principles of the Atyrau Regional Administration were discussed. The lecture also covered the process of decision-making by the administration and the procedures for implementing these decisions.

In the concluding part, students were introduced to the new procedures for entering public service and had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers.
