New Vice-Rector Appointed at Atyrau University

By decision of the Board of Directors of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Bakhyt Altynbasov has been appointed Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Internationalization.

Bakhyt Altynbasov is a highly qualified specialist with extensive experience in the field of education. He studied at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom, majoring in Leadership, Policy, and Governance in Higher Education, and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Educational Management. He also holds the academic title of Candidate of Legal Sciences. In 2011, he was awarded the state grant “Best University Lecturer.”
