Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University and the BINOM school network have renewed their Memorandum of Cooperation. The document is aimed at systematically developing professional ties between the university and the general education school network.
As part of the memorandum, the “PROF Step: Mentoring and Tutoring” project is being implemented to develop the professional competencies of future teachers.
The project aims to strengthen continuity between higher education and schools, improve students’ professional and pedagogical training, and provide them with opportunities to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real educational environment.
As part of the project, students gain practical knowledge of the content and specific features of teaching. They also develop their professional and communication skills and become familiar with the working methods of experienced teachers. In addition, students learn effective approaches to communicating with learners and develop the practical competencies required for their future professional careers.
