A football tournament was held at the Zhaiyk Sports Complex as part of the celebratory events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Military Department of Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
The tournament brought together teams from Military Unit 41433, Military Unit 5546, the Sarmat Specialized Military Boarding School-Lyceum, the Department of Defense Affairs, the faculty and staff of Atyrau University, and the Military Department.
Following a series of competitive matches, the results were as follows:
1st Place – Atyrau University Faculty and Staff Team
2nd Place – Military Unit 5546
3rd Place – Department of Defense Affairs Team
Special awards were also presented to outstanding players:
- Best Goalkeeper – Ilyas Kabdol, Cadet of the Military Department;
- Best Player – Manas Bauyrzhanuly, Lecturer and Master’s Degree Holder of the Department of Physics and Technical Disciplines;
- Best Defender – Alikhan Nassipkaliyev, Cadet of the Military Department.
The tournament contributed to promoting military-patriotic values, strengthening friendship and cooperation among participants, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
