Biography
Ainur Turlanovna Mukhanova is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts and Design of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, a Master of Pedagogical Sciences, and a member of the Eurasian Designers Union. She was born on December 7, 1978.
From 1995 to 2000, she studied at M.H. Dulati Taraz State University, majoring in Garment Technology, and obtained the qualification of engineer-technologist. Later, from 2012 to 2014, she continued her education at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University in Fine Arts and Technical Drawing. From 2014 to 2016, she completed a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology at the same university.
Her professional career has been closely connected with H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. Since 2005, she has been working at the Department of Fine Arts and Design, first as a Senior Lecturer and later as a Senior Lecturer in an advanced academic role. Between 2021 and 2024, she also taught the subject of Artistic Labor at M. Zhumabayev Secondary School. Over the years, she has established herself as a specialist who successfully combines art education, technological expertise, and pedagogical practice.
She continuously develops her professional skills. She has completed advanced training programs offered by the Orleu National Center for Professional Development, the Center of Pedagogical Excellence of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, Akdeniz University, Häme University of Applied Sciences, and other institutions. Her professional development includes updated educational content, innovative pedagogical technologies, reflective thinking, academic drawing and painting, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp, complex textile design, inclusive education, current issues in art education and design, and quality enhancement in professional teaching practice. She also participated in sculpture and painting workshops within the “Saraishyk – Heritage of the Ancestors” project.
Her scientific and methodological interests include the teaching of Artistic Labor, updated educational programs, national education, critical thinking development, pedagogical foundations of school planning, and the role of computer technologies in art. Her reports and papers on these topics have been presented at national and international scientific and practical conferences.
For her professional and social contribution, Ainur Turlanovna has received several recognitions. In 2024, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation for supporting the “Saraishyk – Heritage of the Ancestors” project. In 2025, she received a Letter of Appreciation for her significant contribution to the development of higher education, for providing high-quality education and meaningful upbringing to young people, and for training qualified specialists.
