Scientific Seminar on “The Economics of the Agro-Industrial Complex: Development and Prospects” Held
A scientific seminar titled “The Economics of the Agro-Industrial Complex: Development and Prospects” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University to mark the 60th anniversary of Mukhit Zholamanuly Dyusegaliyev - Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, and Honorary Academician of the National Agrarian Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mukhit Zholamanuly has been working at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University for more than 25 years and currently also serves as Director of the Atyrau Branch of the South-West Research Institute of Livestock and Crop Production.
The seminar brought together prominent scholars and practitioners, including Yelemes Dauletuly Abdoshev, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences and Labor Veteran; Baktybek Zhubandykuly Taubayev, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor; Bolat Mukhambetuly Mukhambetov, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor; Zhumaziya Yesimova, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences and Chairperson of the Atyrau Regional Agricultural Trade Union; Kosybek Saltanatuly Irzagaliyev, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor; Timur Musin, Leading Researcher of the Atyrau Branch of the South-West Research Institute of Livestock and Crop Production; as well as university faculty members and students.
During the seminar, participants discussed pressing issues and key development trends in the agro-industrial sector. The presentations and discussions generated strong interest and active engagement among attendees. On behalf of the university community, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Youth Policy Lailya Erbolatkyzy Koishyghulova congratulated the юбиляр on this milestone anniversary.
The event also featured the presentation of Mukhit Zholamanuly Dyusegaliyev’s textbook “The Economics of the Agro-Industrial Complex.” The ceremonial launch was opened by Yelemes Dauletuly Abdoshev and Baktybek Zhubandykuly Taubayev, who emphasized the academic and practical significance of the publication.
