Lecture Held to Explain the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the Nation
A lecture dedicated to explaining the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the nation was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. The main aim of the event was to clarify the key priorities outlined in the Address for students, foster their civic awareness, and enhance responsibility in online activities.
Dr. Bekezhan Omirbek Kadyrkhanuly, Doctor of Philosophy and Associate Professor, delivered a speech on “Digital Transformation and Education: Analysis of Strategic Directions in the Address”, emphasizing the importance of taking responsibility and mastering modern trends to ensure an educated and prosperous future for the country.
Aidana Zhanatkyzy Bakytova, Acting Director of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Institute and Candidate of Sciences, Sania Ibragimovna Kamelova, member of the APK SKA, Doctor of Philosophy and Professor, and Meruyet Imangalikyzy Akhonova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Journalism and Public Relations, explained to students the significance of the rule of law and civic responsibility in today’s digital society. They also provided guidance on compliance with legal requirements online, protecting personal data, ensuring cybersecurity, and fostering a culture of safe internet use.
Students actively participated, asked questions, and shared their opinions on the digital society. The event clearly demonstrated the contribution of conscious internet use and civic responsibility to the stability of society.
