Open Lesson on “Organizational Disciplinary Approaches and Personal Qualities of a Leader” Held at the Department of Management

On November 4, 2025, an open lesson on “Organizational Disciplinary Approaches and Personal Qualities of a Leader” was organized at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Law. The lesson was conducted by A.K. Ermekbayeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Management and Master of Management, for second-year students of the 6B04102 - Field Management program. During the session, leadership theories were explained, and information about the personal qualities of a manager in an organization was provided. Various teaching methods were applied, and group activities were conducted. In the concluding part, students engaged in a discussion and exchanged ideas with the lecturer.
