AI Week Officially Opened at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University

The official opening of Artificial Intelligence Week (AI Week) took place at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. The panel session “AI: Opportunities in Education, Science, and Industry” brought together the university and leading business representatives. Each speaker shared valuable experience and provided the audience with extensive knowledge in this field.

Chairman of the Board–Rector Salamat Nurmukhanovich Idrisov opened the session, highlighting the strategic importance of AI and the implementation of key projects in this area.

Aslan Dzhumagaziyev (Zhigermunaiservice), Rustem Kusainov (Tengizchevroil), and Askar Aldan (TerenOi) raised crucial issues on AI integration in production and new opportunities for specialists. Ravil Karzhauov (Atyrau Hub) inspired students with practical steps. Online speakers also shared global expertise: Akmaral Kuzhiyeva (StrikePlagiarism) spoke about combating dishonest content; Asem Kusainova (Norset) addressed the use of AI in medicine; and Nursulu Suleimenova (BMG Upskill) explained how AI ensures continuous learning and the development of future professionals.

AI Week will continue until October 4. The program ahead includes a bootcamp with Atyrau Hub, hands-on workshops, engaging debates, exhibitions of innovative projects, and faculty seminars.
