Issues of education and upbringing of the younger generation have always been at the center of the state’s attention. In the country’s Main Document, Article 30 states: “Citizens are guaranteed free secondary education, as well as access to higher education either free of charge on a competitive basis or on a paid basis at higher educational institutions. Mandatory state standards of education are established.”

Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University and deputy of the regional maslikhat, to learn how the rights enshrined in the Fundamental Law are being applied in the field of higher education.
