Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, in cooperation with the Justice Department of the Atyrau Region and at the initiative of the University's Legal Clinic, organized a public legal consultation aimed at providing free legal assistance to local residents.
The event was attended by:
- Aigul Aidynovna Anzhanova – Head of the Legal Awareness and Legal Services Department, Justice Department of the Atyrau Region;
- Venera Merekeyevna Zhumurguzhina – Chief Specialist of the Legal Awareness and Legal Services Department, Justice Department of the Atyrau Region;
- Ainagul Kazybekovna Kakiyeva – Head of the Civil Service Administration, Atyrau Region Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs;
- Aikerim Tanatarovna Kubayeva – Chief Specialist of the Civil Service Administration, Atyrau Region Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs;
- Asan Balgabayevich Yesbosyn – Attorney-at-Law;
- Bekturgan Baitemirov – Private Enforcement Officer;
- Gulzhanat Talapkerovna Ayazbayeva – Private Notary.
During the public consultation, qualified legal professionals provided residents with free legal advice on a wide range of issues.
More than 100 residents of the Atyrau Region—including parents, young people, and other members of the public—received professional consultations and answers to their legal questions. Participants were provided with detailed explanations regarding notarial procedures, legal representation, as well as matters related to civil, family, and other branches of law.
Events of this kind contribute to improving public legal awareness, expanding access to qualified legal assistance, and enhancing the practical training of students of the Faculty of Economics and Law.
The Legal Clinic of Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University will continue implementing initiatives aimed at providing free legal support to the residents of the region.
