Congratulations on the title of “Honored Writer of Kazakhstan”!

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Honorary Professors of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University – Hero of Labour of Kazakhstan and renowned composer Ilya Zhakanov, poet-writer and professor Kadir Zhusip, and writer-publicist Tolegen Zhanabay – for being awarded the prestigious title of “Honored Writer of Kazakhstan”.

This honorary title was officially conferred during the special plenary session of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan, held with the support of the Atyrau Regional Administration, under the theme “Working Professions and Kazakh Writers.”

The event was attended by the Akim of Atyrau Region, Serik Shapkenov, Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan, Mereke Kulkenov, as well as distinguished writers and poets from across the country, and local representatives of the intelligentsia.
