STUDENT SPARTAKIAD – 2025

The closing ceremony of the interfaculty Student Spartakiad, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, has taken place.

“The multi-day Spartakiad among students has come to an end today. As a result of competitive games, we now have our winners. However, I believe that the main purpose of this event was not just to win, but to demonstrate your active engagement in sports and to raise the prestige of your faculties. I sincerely thank all of you on behalf of the university leadership for your contributions to making this Spartakiad both exciting and competitive,” said Rector Salamat Idrissov in his welcoming speech.

Throughout the competition, students competed in 9 sports disciplines, including basketball, volleyball, table tennis, togyzkumalak, chess, futsal, arm wrestling, asyk atu, and athletics.

At the ceremony, the university administration officially awarded the Spartakiad Cup based on the overall team results:
    •    1st Place – Faculty of Innovative Education
    •    2nd Place – Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies
    •    3rd Place – Faculty of Humanities and Arts

All faculties actively participated in the competitions, and top performers in both individual and team events were recognized.
