“ATYRAU AI FORUM 2026”: A Platform for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Opportunities

The “ATYRAU AI FORUM 2026” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. The large-scale event brought together industry professionals, IT experts, business trainers, and representatives of public organizations from across the country to exchange experience on the development of artificial intelligence and digital technologies.

 

The main goal of the forum was to discuss new opportunities in the era of artificial intelligence, develop digital competencies, and strengthen the regional startup ecosystem.

 

During the event, the first speaker, Chairman of the Board - Rector of the university, Salamat Idrissov, delivered a presentation titled “Digital Kazakhstan and Artificial Intelligence: A New Paradigm for Training and Research.” In his speech, he emphasized that the declaration of 2026 as the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, marks an important milestone in the country’s technological development. He also highlighted the university’s work within the AI-Sana program, noting that 1,000 students are currently studying on the Coursera platform and that AI courses have been integrated into all educational programs.

 

Other leading experts also shared their experience during the forum. Bibigul Kakimzhankyzy spoke on “Effective Use of Artificial Intelligence and Ways to Generate Income,” explaining how AI tools can be applied in business and personal development.

Zamzagul Khidankyzy presented on “Women’s Leadership in Changing the World Through Technology,” emphasizing the role and opportunities of women in the digital space.

Nadira Batyrbayeva, in her presentation “The Formula for Earning Through AI Creativity,” discussed ways to combine artificial intelligence with the creative industries to generate new income streams.

Ravil Karzhauov introduced the opportunities of the Atyrau Hub platform in developing regional startups and presented support mechanisms for young entrepreneurs.

Aliya Orazymbetova also delivered an insightful presentation on new opportunities for women and youth, digital security, and the importance of innovative projects.

 

During the forum, the AQYL TECH and IT AIEL projects were also presented. These initiatives were highlighted as important efforts aimed at developing digital education, attracting youth and women to the IT sector, and promoting skills in artificial intelligence and technology.

 

The “ATYRAU AI FORUM 2026” provided participants with fresh ideas and inspiration, becoming an important platform for knowledge and experience exchange in the field of artificial intelligence.
