A lecture dedicated to explaining the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
The lecture was attended by Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Kansulu Utepkaliyeva, as well as senior lecturers of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines, Master of Laws Venera Nauryzova and Aidana Bakytova.
During the lecture, the importance of the new draft Constitution, its role in the development of society and the state, and the opportunities it offers to young people were thoroughly explained. The speakers emphasized that education, science, culture, and innovation are key areas shaping the country’s future.
In her speech, Kansulu Musakyzy highlighted that the draft Constitution serves as a strong foundation for a shared future and noted that students’ knowledge and ideas are the driving force behind the country’s development.
“Academic freedom, equal opportunities, and creative exploration are open to you. You are not just students, but future scientists, innovators, and leaders who will drive society forward. Therefore, be active, strive for new knowledge, and do not be afraid of bold ideas. The future of our country is in your hands,” she stated.
At the end of the event, students asked questions and exchanged views on the new Constitution.
