Biography

Yerkebulan Bekbergenuly Nasipullayev is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts and Design of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Master of Arts, and a member of the Eurasian Designers Union. He was born on February 20, 1993. He received his first professional education between 2008 and 2012 at the Technical Faculty of the Contemporary College of the Caspian Region, specializing in Computer Engineering and Software. Later, from 2014 to 2017, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University. From 2017 to 2019, he studied at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, Department of Design and Engineering Graphics, at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, where he obtained a Master of Arts degree. Since 2019, he has been working at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University within the Faculty of Humanities and Arts. In his academic and methodological work, he integrates design, engineering graphics, art education, and digital technologies. He continuously develops his professional qualifications. Over the years, he has completed training at the Orleu National Center for Professional Development, as well as courses in graphic design and Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp. He has undertaken international research internships at Kastamonu University in Türkiye, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, and Bursa Uludag University within the framework of the international Orhun program. He also participated in an international seminar at Akdeniz University on physical materials for creating layouts in graphic design and completed a program at Häme University of Applied Sciences in Finland on strengthening and implementing pedagogical education models. In addition, he attended professional development programs on current issues in art education and design, improvement of professional teaching quality, and workshops in sculpture and painting. His research interests include ethno-design, architectural environment, artistic organization of coastal territories, bionic style, and the modern application of construction materials. He is a participant in the research project “Reconstruction of the Handicraft Objects of the Medieval City of Saraishyk on the Basis of Modern Ethno-Design.” His academic works have been published in national and international editions. His studies address such topics as the positive effects of bionic style in design and the environment, architectural development of coastal spaces, modernization of the national education system, the combined use of aerogel and graphene in construction materials, and methods of forming environmentally integrated beach design. His publications have appeared in conference proceedings and academic collections in Samara, Astana, Nur-Sultan, Japan, and other scholarly venues. Mr. Nasipullayev supervises student research projects and contributes to the development of students’ creative and research potential. He also actively participates in international exhibitions, symposia, and art camps. His professional engagement includes participation in artistic events in Türkiye, including international art camps, exhibitions, and symposia in the Mediterranean region. For his professional and academic contributions, he has received several recognitions. In 2023, he was awarded certificates for organizing the “Nauryz-Spring” creative exhibition and for participating in the international scientific and practical conference “Youth and Science: Present and Future.” In 2024, he was awarded the Akhmet Baitursynov badge and a Letter of Appreciation for his support of the “Saraishyk – Heritage of the Ancestors” project.
