ORHUN Academic Mobility Program 2026-2027 🎓

We are pleased to announce the call for applications for the ORHUN exchange program! Spend one semester (Fall or Spring 2026-2027) studying at top universities in Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan.

Main Criteria:

• GPA: 2.5 or higher;

• Language Proficiency: Compliance with the host university's requirements (Turkish; English or Russian in some cases);

• Academic Standing: No failed credits.

Benefits:

• Free tuition for 1 semester (5 months);

• Accommodation (subject to host university policy);

• Meals (subject to host university policy).

🔹 Selection Process (2 Stages):

1. Stage 1: Document Submission. Dates: March 3rd – March 15th. All documents must be provided. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

2. Stage 2: Language Proficiency Interview with the commission (schedule TBD).

*The program is open to both grant-funded and self-funded Undergraduate and Graduate students.

Who Can Apply:

• Bachelor’s: 1st and 2nd-year students.

• Master’s: 1st-year students.

Required Documents (for Students):

1. Zip file folder;

2. National ID;

3. International Passport (ID card accepted if passport is unavailable);

4. Transcript in 3 languages (from Platonus);

5. Enrollment Certificate in 3 languages (from Platonus);

6. Turkish or English language proficiency certificates (if available);

7. Diplomas, letters of appreciation, certificates (copies);

8. Application form (template provided);

9. Motivation letter in Turkish and English (template provided);

10. Criminal record clearance (from eGov);

11. Mental health certificate (from eGov);

12. Narcology center certificate (from eGov);

13. Two specialized application forms for the Orhun program.

For Faculty Members:

1. Zip folder; 2. National ID; 3. International Passport; 4. Language certificates (if any); 5. Application form; 6. Lecture plan/syllabus (template provided).

Note: Templates for points 8, 9, and 13, as well as the list of partner universities, can be found in our Instagram Stories under "Applications" via Google Doc/Word. Candidates may apply to one university only.
