Academic mobility to Europe for the 2026/2027 academic year

Registration is now open for the Fall Semester 2026-2027 Academic Mobility Program to Europe, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Main Criteria:

  • GPA: 3.0 or higher;

  • English Level: B2 or higher;

  • Academic standing: No failed credits.

Budget Coverage:

  • Free tuition for 1 semester (5 months);

  • Round-trip airfare;

  • Accommodation;

  • Medical insurance;

  • Visa fees.

🔸 Number of spots: 12 🔹 Selection process (3 stages):

  1. Stage 1: Document Submission. Dates: March 4th – March 18th. All documents must be provided. Incomplete applications will not proceed to the next stage.

  2. Stage 2: English Proficiency Test. Candidates with an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher will automatically advance to the next stage.

  3. Stage 3: Interview with the Commission (schedule TBD).

*Applications are open to both grant-funded and self-funded undergraduate students (1st, 2nd, and 3rd year).

  1. Zip file folder;

  2. National ID (from eGov);

  3. International Passport (ID card accepted if passport is not yet available);

  4. Transcript in 3 languages (from Platonus);

  5. Enrollment Certificate in 3 languages (from Platonus);

  6. Diplomas, letters of appreciation, or certificates from the last 2 years (scanned copies);

  7. Application form (template provided);

  8. Motivation letter (template provided);

  9. Social benefit documents (if applicable: large family, single-parent household, disability, orphan status);

  10. Criminal record clearance (from eGov);

  11. Certificate from a mental health professional (from eGov);

  12. Certificate from a narcology center (from eGov);

  13. IELTS certificate (if available).
