Education, academic degree and title: Born in 1964 in the village of Makat, Atyrau region, in a family of oil workers. Kazakh nationality, higher education. In 1981 he entered the Guryev Pedagogical Institute, in 1986 he graduated as a teacher of history, social studies and Soviet state law. In 2004, he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in the specialty 07.00.09 - historiography, source studies and methods of historical research at the Institute of Oriental Studies named after R. Suleimenov. In 2010, he defended his thesis for a doctor of historical sciences in the specialty 07.00.02 - "National History" at the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov.
Scientific interests: The main direction of research work: the historiography of the liberation movement led by Isatai Taimanov and Makhambet Utemisov in 1836-1838, about the personnel potential of the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Published 4 monographs, 5 textbooks, 225 scientific articles and 250 educational articles

From 1986 to 1987, he performed civil duties in the ranks of the Soviet Army. On December 15, 1987, he was accepted as a teacher on a competitive basis at the Department of History of the USSR and General History of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute. In 1992 he worked as a senior lecturer, deputy dean of the Faculty of History and Law. In 1997-2000, Secretary of the Academic Council of the University. From 2001 to 2004 he worked as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law. In the 2004-2005 academic year, he was appointed head of the department of civil law. From November 2004 to August 15, 2011 he worked as the head of the department, dean of the faculty of the Kyzylorda University "Bolashak". On August 15, 2011 he was appointed the first vice rector of the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University. Zeinolly Kabdolova, since 2019 - Head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and World History.
