Guest Training on “Conflict Management in the School HPP”

On December 11, 2025, the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy hosted a guest training session on “Conflict Management in the School HPP” with fourth-year students of pedagogical programs as part of the course “Management in Education.” The training was conducted by second-year student of the 7M01901-Speech Therapy program, Gulmira Mukhameidyarovna Yerzhanova, with active support from Associate Professor, PhD, Darezhe Rashidovna Mutaliyeva of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy.

The aim of the training was to demonstrate and help participants master effective conflict resolution strategies specific to the school CPP environment. It provided students with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-life conflict situations.

During the session, students analyzed pedagogical cases, explored strategies for handling conflicts, and learned to find constructive solutions in complex communicative situations. The training was conducted in an interactive format, with active discussion and participant engagement. We sincerely thank Darezhe Rashidovna and Gulmira Mukhameidyarovna for this informative, practice-oriented, and valuable event!
