Guest Lecture: “Conflict Management in the School HPP”
On December 12, 2025, the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy hosted a guest lecture on “Conflict Management in the School HPP” for fourth-year students of the 6B01703-Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages program, as part of the course “Management in Education.” The lecture was delivered by first-year master’s student of the 7M01702-Russian Language and Literature program, Nurikamal Dyusembikyzy Kylyshbek, with active support from Associate Professor, PhD, Darezhe Rashidovna Mutaliyeva.
The lecture aimed to present practical, effective methods that future foreign language teachers can apply in the classroom.
During the session, students learned theoretical foundations and gained practical tools for conflict management, adapted to the multilingual and intercultural environment of modern schools. The lecture featured lively discussions, practical examples, and useful case studies. The session was held in an active, dynamic, and truly professional atmosphere.
