In Atyrau, this and more were discussed at the scientific seminar “Historical Foundations of the Constitution,” which brought together students and professors of Kh. Dosmukhamedov University.

Rector Salamat Idrissov delivered a welcoming speech to the participants. He emphasized that the country’s Fundamental Law is the foundation of the state and serves as the basis for fostering civic responsibility among young people.
